ID-COOLING FROST X25 is a dependable, budget-friendly thermal compound rated at 10.5 W/mK - a solid improvement over the no-name paste that comes pre-applied on stock coolers. It lowers CPU and GPU temperatures for steadier clocks and quieter operation.
The grey, silicone-based formula is non-conductive with a low thermal impedance (under 0.05 C-cm2/W) and a wide -40 C to 180 C range. A thicker 560 Pa-s viscosity holds its shape well for easy dot-and-mount application.
