Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your gear. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

7-day returns

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, in their original packaging, and with all accessories included.

How to start a return

Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the reason for return.
We'll confirm eligibility and share the return address.
Ship the item back (return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item, approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method or via bank transfer.

Dead-on-arrival & defects

If a product arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund - this is also covered by the product's official warranty.

Not eligible for return

Items damaged through misuse or improper installation
Products returned without original packaging/accessories
Items returned after the 7-day window (warranty claims still apply)
