By accessing or ordering from OJ Tech, you agree to these terms.

Products & pricing

We aim for accuracy in product details and pricing, but errors can occur. Prices are in PKR and may change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel an order if a pricing or stock error is found, with a full refund.

Orders & payment

Orders are confirmed once placed. Payment is currently by bank transfer - after ordering, you'll receive our bank details and can send your payment receipt on WhatsApp. Orders are processed once payment is verified.

Shipping

We ship across Pakistan via trusted couriers. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

Warranty

Products are covered by the manufacturer's official warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty length varies by product - see the product page for the exact coverage. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modification.

Returns

Returns are handled per our Returns & Refunds policy.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, OJ Tech is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
