ID-COOLING FROST X45 is a high-performance thermal compound rated at 15.2 W/mK - a big step up from the paste bundled with most coolers. Its low thermal resistance (0.03 C-cm2/W) helps drop CPU and GPU temperatures for better boost clocks and quieter fans.
The silicone-based, metal-oxide-filled formula is non-conductive and non-corrosive, so it is safe around pins and SMD components, and it spreads easily without being runny thanks to a balanced 140 Pa-s viscosity. A wide -50 C to 300 C operating range suits everything from everyday PCs to heavy overclocking.
Supplied in a generous 4g tube - enough for several applications. A reliable upgrade for any Pakistan build or repaste.
Each tube ships with an application spatula and a surface-cleaning wipe to prep the CPU or GPU before application.
