The EDGE Gold V2 1000W (EG1000C) is a fully modular ATX 3.1 power supply built on Lian Li's signature L-shaped chassis, which turns the cable connectors outward so routing stays clean and organised in dual-chamber cases. Triple Gold certification from 80 PLUS, Cybenetics and PPLP keeps it efficient under sustained gaming loads, and a dual-colour 12V-2x6 cable rated for 600W feeds high-end graphics cards directly, with three PCIe 8-pin (6+2) cables also included.
The bundled EDGE Hub V2 mounts magnetically inside the case or on the PSU and adds six 2A PWM fan headers plus four USB headers that carry up to eight USB signals across two hub chips. Powered straight from the PSU, it brings L-Connect 3 monitoring of per-port USB traffic, overload alerts and custom port names, which suits builds with LCD screens and other USB-controlled parts.
A 120mm FDB fan with a fan on/off switch can stay at 0 RPM during light loads and ramps up only as demand rises, while a premium Japanese bulk capacitor supports stable output. A detachable magnetic dust filter keeps cleaning simple, and the complete modular cable set is long enough for regular tower cases too.
